In December 2009, Stanbridge College became a Medical Action Partner with MSF in collaboration with students, faculty and staff raising $1,000 through various fundraising campaigns, such Jean Days. The funds assisted MSF in purchasing critical medical supplies that were needed in medical crisis around the globe.

“On any one day, more than 27,000 committed individuals representing dozens of nationalities can be found providing assistance to people caught in crises around the world. They are doctors, nurses, logistics experts, administrators, epidemiologists, laboratory technicians, mental health professionals, and others who work together in accordance with MSF's guiding principles of humanitarian action and medical ethics.” — MSF website

Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres is an international independent medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural and man-made disasters, and exclusion from health care in over 60 countries. Stanbridge College is proud to be a “Medical Action Partner” which raises funds to help to provide medical equipment and supplies to crises around the world.
